As organizations around the world recover from the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic, they are quickly realizing that the workplace they left is not the one to which they are returning.  Thinking around ‘Workplace’ and workplace strategy has changed forever.  Business leaders are faced with new challenges associated with delivering effective workplaces and attracting top talent.  They are also asking how best to address sustainability and workforce well-being initiatives.

This is what prompted a team of nineteen industry experts to come together and collaborate in the writing of Work on the Move 3, a significant book just published by the IFMA Foundation (the Workplace Evolutionaries (WE) are proud sponsors)! The book focuses on the emerging hybrid workplace, design for the post-pandemic workplace, sustainability and planetary health as well as our growing dependence on technology to deliver workplaces where people can perform at their best, every day, wherever they are.

Join Pat Turnbull, Work on the Move 3 author, Hybrid Workplace Chapter, as she provides an overview of the book, a deep dive into the emerging hybrid work model, and how business leaders can prepare for the workplace of the future.

You'll learn about:

  • Global workplace trends & key issues facing the FM industry
  • The organizational implications of the post-covid and Hybrid work model
  • Operational challenges and evolving technology associated with the new, dynamic workplace
  • How to thoughtfully develop a ‘Workplace Strategy and Business Plan’ initiative
