Customer service plays a part in the daily lives of facility managers and FM providers alike.  For this month's lunch presentation, Customer Service Training Specialist Stacy Alldredge, Bonfire Training, will share key customer service techniques to effectively and positively handle challenging conversations, especially during challenging times.  She'll include experience-based activities and real-world scenarios focusing on:

• Mindset Matters:  avoiding innocently sabotaging conversations…and customer relationships
• Defusing difficult customers through words and phrases that produce positivity and promote progress
• Delivering a difficult message and moving conversations forward positively and productively while keeping the customer’s receptivity and engagement intact
• Being an “Ambassador” for both your company and the customer -- and handling stress in the process

Stacy Alldredge brings more than 20 years of experience in talent development, business growth and restructuring initiatives.  Stacy’s proven leadership development experience and coaching skills have been showcased with such clients as Rolls Royce, Simon Property Group, NCAA, Roche Diagnostics, and Emmis Communications.
