This quarter's FM Forum will focus on service agreements:  why we need them, what the benefits are, and how to ensure your unique facility considerations are incorporated.

Our discussion will be facilitated by Republic Airways' own manager of strategic sourcing Cory Simmons.  Cory is responsible for leading the company's indirect sourcing team through complex negotiations, driving bottomline cost improvements, and achieving high levels of supplier performance.  Cory has been recognized as one of The Institute for Supply Management's 30 under 30 Rising Supply Chain Stars in 2021.  He received his undergraduate degree from Ball State University in Supply Chain and Operations Management, and an MBA with a concentration in Global Supply Chain Management & Logistics.

In his free time, you can often find Cory behind the wheel of a tour bus traversing the highways of surrounding states, meeting new friends, and exploring new places. This unique hobby is also what led him to be the proprietor of Republic's own shuttle bus company which is housed in the Properties & Facilities department.

Bring along your best practices and questions to share with the group.  We'll be meeting in the conference room at the Republic Airways offices, room 140 located on the first floor.  Continental breakfast and coffee will be served.

IFMA Indy's FM Forums are structured to facilitate conversations between facility managers about topics relevant to them and the core competencies of Facility Management.  All IFMA Indy professional members are welcome.
