With today's abundance of tech innovation and tools that enable new ways of working and living, a new social dynamic is being created. Organizations need to recognize the shifts that are occurring and seize the moment...or they may become irrelevant.

We can adopt new ways of work and understanding user expectations.  Go beyond just being sustainable to thriving.  Understand how technology is evolving and impacting workplace.  Go from focusing solely on productivity to fostering innovation, and from ownership to access. We're in a moment where we can rethink work and the workplace -- but we need to first understand the societal shift that unpins it all.

During this session we'll:

  • Explore the importance of societal and culture shifts that are impacting the way we work, live, learn and play
  • Understand the underlying currents that are impact new ways of working
  • Identify design considerations to accommodate the new shifts
  • Ensure your space is aligned to be future-ready
