Meeting/Event Information

Attention all Women in FM! Join us for our next event where we'll enjoy a mindful and meditative sound bath, along with some snacks and beverages afterwards.

If you've never heard of a sound bath, it's a meditative experience where you lie down in a comfortable space and are immersed in the vibrations and tones of acoustic instruments.  No water is involved, instead you are "bathed" in sound waves that wash over your body and mind to promote deep relaxation.  It may sound a little "woo-woo" but trust us, you'll love it!

All women in FM are invited! And if you know a woman in FM who you think would benefit from IFMA, bring them along!
